Who is responsible for the data

DELO CLUB is run by Artem Borovikov (Haifa, Israel), referred to below as the “Moderator”. He decides what data is collected and how it is used. Contact details for questions are at the end.

What data we collect

• In the quiz: what you do, your answers to the questions, how you can be useful, who you are looking for, your city and a link to your website or Facebook page. Your name and phone number are not needed at this stage.
• At registration: your name, phone number (WhatsApp) and email. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile photo (if you have one) from Google: we save the photo as your photo in the club, and you can replace or delete it in your account.
• Photo: if you upload a photo or it comes from Google, it is stored in private storage and shown only to members who can see your name and contact (when your contact is open or you agreed to an introduction). From an uploaded photo we remove hidden data (where it was taken, the device model). You can delete the photo in your account at any time, and the Moderator can delete a photo after a complaint.
• In your personal account: changes to your profile, the “contact open” setting, introduction requests and your messages to other members.
• A request for a business review (DELO Business Review): if you submit one, the description of the challenge, what you have tried and the result you want. Only the Moderator sees this request; it is not shown to other members and is not passed to AI.
• Notifications on your phone: if you turn them on, we save the technical address of your device that the browser provides. The notifications contain no names and no message text. You can turn them off in your profile at any time.
• From your website: if you give a website, we read the page and save a short summary (not the whole page). We do not read Facebook pages or other social networks; the link is simply saved as your contact.
• An approximate city from your IP address, to suggest an answer to the city question. We do not save the IP address or this guess.
• An anonymous counter of quiz steps (which step visitors reached). It contains no IP address, answers or personal data.

Why we need it

• To find people in the club you should meet and to show them how you can be useful.
• To create your account with a personal link and email you that link.
• So that you can get to know other members and message them inside the club.
• To protect the club from spam and fraud and to handle complaints.
• To improve the quiz and the matching itself.

How matching and AI processing work

Matches are made by the artificial intelligence Claude (by Anthropic). It receives only the text answers from the questionnaires: role, description, quiz answers, “how I can be useful”, “who I am looking for”, city and the summary of the website. We do not pass it your name, phone number, email or social network links.

Who can see your data

• Other club members: your role, city, “how you can be useful” and description. Your name and WhatsApp are visible only if you left “contact open” or agreed to an introduction. You can close your contact in your account at any time.
• The person you wrote to in the chat sees your message. Until they agree to the introduction, your name is hidden.
• The Moderator: he sees all members’ data and can read conversations inside the club to protect members from spam and fraud and to handle complaints. We warn about this in the chat itself.
• Services without which the club cannot work: the cloud database (Supabase), website hosting (Vercel), the artificial intelligence Claude (Anthropic), Google sign-in and email sending (Gmail). The servers of these services may be located outside Israel.
• We do not sell your data and do not pass it to advertisers.

Your personal account link

Your account opens with a personal link, without a password. Anyone who has this link can see your account. Do not forward it or publish it. If the link got to the wrong person, write to us and we will replace it.

How long we keep the data

For as long as you are a club member. The answers of guests who did not register are not stored on the server: the quiz result lives in the browser for no more than two hours. On your request we delete your profile, answers and conversations, except data that we are required by law to keep.

Your rights

• To find out what data about you is stored and to receive a copy of it.
• To correct inaccurate data (most of it you can fix yourself in your account).
• To close your contact or delete your data completely.
• To withdraw your consent. Then we stop showing you to other members and finding matches for you.

Age

The club is intended for people aged 18 and over.

Changes

If the policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date. We will tell club members about significant changes by email.

Questions and data deletion

Write or call: we will answer any question and delete your data on your request.
