Where the data is stored

Members’ data is kept in a cloud database and the website runs on cloud hosting. Only the club’s server can reach the database: it cannot be accessed from a browser, everything goes through our server. The connection between you and the site is encrypted (HTTPS), and the data in the database is encrypted on disk. The infrastructure providers are certified to international security standards.

Your account

• You enter your account with a personal link that only you know: it contains a long random code that cannot be guessed. Do not forward this link to others.
• Account pages are closed to search engines and are not in the sitemap.
• If you lose the link, we send it only to the email you registered with. The site’s answer is always the same, so nobody can find out whether an email is in the club.
• The quiz result before registration is not saved anywhere: it is signed and lives for 2 hours, then disappears.

Who sees your contacts

• Other members see your name, role and how you can be useful. Your WhatsApp is open by default, and you can close it in your account at any time.
• If your contact is closed, the introduction goes through the internal chat or the Moderator, and the phone number is shown only after that.
• A new conversation in the chat starts as an introduction request: until you agree, the name of the person who wrote to you is not shown.
• A member’s photo is kept in private storage and shown only to those who can see your name and contact: the photo link is temporary and stops working after an hour. From an uploaded photo we remove hidden data (where it was taken, the device model).
• In the chat you can block the other person and report them.

Artificial intelligence

• Matches are made by artificial intelligence (Claude, by Anthropic). It receives only the text answers of the questionnaire and a short summary of your website, without your name, phone number or email.
• We read the website you gave only with your knowledge and save a short summary, not the whole page. Internal addresses and large files are not opened, and we treat the text of another page as data, not as commands.
• We do not read Facebook links or other social networks; we only save them as a contact.
• Translations of chat messages are also made by AI: it receives only the text of the message.

The Moderator and access inside the club

• The admin panel is available to one person only, the founder of the club. He sees members’ data and can read conversations to protect members from spam and fraud and to handle complaints. Members are warned about this right in the chat, and every time a conversation is opened it is written to the server log.
• We do not sell members’ data and do not pass it to ad networks.

Protection from spam and bots

• The quiz, registration, chat and other actions have rate limits: one address or one member cannot send requests endlessly.
• The forms have a hidden trap field for bots, and requests to AI have a daily ceiling.
• An invitation is counted only after the Moderator checks it: visits through the link alone give nothing, and registrations by invitation are checked by hand.

What we do not do yet

Honestly, about what is not there yet, so you know what to rely on:

• We do not yet confirm a phone number with an SMS code, so we cannot guarantee that the number belongs to the person who gave it.
• Entering the account is by link only, without a separate password or code: whoever has your link can open your account. If the link got to the wrong person, write to us and we will replace it.
• There is no special vetting of people before they join the club.
